[00:00.00]Police in France have arrested a man

[00:03.12]they say was in the "advanced stages" of a plot to attack the country.

[00:10.49]French Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve said

[00:14.54]the suspect was arrested Thursday in Argenteuil,

[00:18.52]a town just outside Paris.

[00:20.72]Caseneuve there was "no tangible evidence

[00:25.41]linking the plot to either the attacks in Paris or Brussels."

[00:31.37]Cazeneuve said bomb removal teams were on the scene.

[00:35.14]France has been on high alert since the November 13 attacks in Paris

[00:42.22]that killed 130 people and wounded hundreds. Cazeneuve said,

[00:48.93]since the beginning of the year,

[00:51.31]police have made 75 arrests and jailed 28 suspects.
