在美国流浪街头越来越难了。据赫芬顿邮报报道，美国多个城市出台新规，规定流浪街头为犯罪行为。一项报告调查了187座美国城市之后得出结论称，自2009年以来，全美限制流浪，乞讨，在公共场合坐下和躺下的法律越来越多。
